$=(x+1)(x+2)(3x-1)(3x-4)$

$=(x+1)(3x-1)(x+2)(3x-4)$

$=\left\lbrace x(3x-1)+1\left(3x-1\right)\right\rbrace$$\left\lbrace x(3x-4)+2(3x-4)\right\rbrace$

$=\left(3x^2-x+3x-1\right)$$\left(3x^2-4x+6x-8\right)$

$=\left(3x^2+2x-1\right)$$\left(3x^2+2x-8\right)$
